I plan to give birth at gulf coast hospital , I’m not sure what my budget is just kinda shopping around , seeing how much these services cost, my birth plan is to have a vaginal delivery , I do plan on getting an epidural, that’s all I really know.

I’m looking for a doula in the Panama City Fl area that ideally can be covered (at least partially) by United healthcare if possible. I will plan to be delivering at HCA gulf Coast in town and have been following with a midwife but want to make sure I have someone who can help me know how to get through the birth experience.

I am planning to have an unmedicated / low intervention hospital birth. I wish to labor for as long as possible at home before transferring to the hospital. I wish to be attended by my husband and a doula while laboring at home and at the hospital. Budget ~$500-$1000

I plan to give birth at Gulf Coast hospital in Panama City FL. I am mainly looking for someone who can assist with my child’s birth and ensuring all my desires are advocated for. My birth preferences/plan essentially boil down to wanting as little medical intervention as possible while still giving birth in a hospital (in case something serious/life threatening happen). I also have plans to exclusively breast feed and I’d love help to make sure that I start off on the right foot with that journey. I do not have an estimated budget as I’m sure the costs associated to what I am needing are very customized and specific to my needs. I am open to discussing what any doula has to offer me and what they believe the appropriate going rate for their services should be. I’d then make an informed decision from there if I believe it’s appropriate to move forward with their support.
