About me

Thank you for stopping by. I am a holistic nurse, doula, childbirth educator, lactation educator, student midwife and an educator here at Birth Fearlessly Academy. I have 10 years of experience supporting families and mother-baby dyads. ​ Above all else, I am a mother to two beautiful children myself. After having two undisturbed home-births and two very different birth experiences - I understand just how essential having the proper support is during these vulnerable events. My goal is to help bridge the gap in education, care and support that families receive. There is no reason every woman should not have an empowering and memorable motherhood experience! ​ Many times, I support families beginning pre-conception, during birth and throughout their fourth trimester. I absolutely love these lasting connections! Many times, I support families beginning pre-conception, during birth and throughout their fourth trimester. My services consist mainly of fertility guidance, birth support, postpartum support, lactation counseling and placenta specialist. I am also able to assist with baby wearing education and cycle tracking postpartum.

Patience was the birth assistant for my first home birth. Her ability to relay information to me during the most difficult times was unmatched. She brought a calm, confidence that was especially helpful when my son’s shoulders got stuck and through the madness she stayed calmed and clearly told me what needed to be done. I am so grateful she was there assisting my midwife that day. Would recommend her to anyone and will hopefully use her in the future!!

Patience is a wonderful Doula! My birth was when she really came through! She applied counter pressure on my back for hours and hours during my abnormally long pushing stage. She always stayed strong and positive. She also offers NORA tea she makes herself for her clients! It is delicious!!! She was especially helpful in answering all of my questions postpartum and there were a LOT. I'd definitely recommend hiring her!
