About me

Hello! My name is Patti and I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I believe Sleep Consulting is all about the 3 Cs: Consulting- educating parents on sleep facts and healthy sleep habits Coaching- walking parents through the process of teaching their children to sleep and working on any troubleshooting they may have Cheerleading- offering constant support that parents can't get from reading a book Through my training with the Family Sleep Institute, I not only have knowledge of the scientific side of sleep, I also have the knowledge of experiences gained from working in this industry for over 20 years. I know that every family is different, in fact every child is different, and therefore, every one of my clients will have a uniquely tailored experience when working with me. There is no magic trick or quick fix that works for everyone. I work with families to find their little one's 'Just Right' Sleep Solution.

Service introduction

I have two different types of packages I offer: Two Week Sleep Plan and Support Program Or A Phone Consultation Session with the option of a single day of follow up email support I also offer Newborn Healthy Sleep Habits Consultations for parents who want to get a jump on things and make sure they are on the right track, sleep wise, for their newborns or not yet born children.
