As a dedicated and experienced childcare professional, I’ve had the privilege of supporting high-net-worth families with everything from newborn care to managing entire household operations. My passion lies in creating a calm, nurturing environment where both babies and parents feel secure, especially during the vulnerable newborn stage. With years of overnight care experience, I bring a soothing, intuitive approach to infant sleep routines, feeding schedules, and nighttime transitions ensuring the baby is well cared for while giving parents peace of mind. I believe that trust, consistency, and communication are at the heart of excellent care. Families have relied on me not only for my hands on skills with infants and children including those with special needs but also for my discretion, professionalism, and ability to seamlessly support their unique lifestyle. I would be honored to bring that same level of warmth and reliability to your family during this special season.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Niomi care for our two children from ages 5-2 Her patience seemed endless, and she always treated our kids with such love and genuine care. It was clear she wasn't just watching them, but truly invested in their well-being and happiness. Beyond the basics, Niomi always went the extra mile. She planned engaging activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor games, that kept our children entertained and helped them learn. Meal times were always healthy and fun, and she was great at handling the usual kid-related messes and tantrums with grace and humor. Knowing our kids were in such capable and loving hands gave us immense peace of mind. Niomi is more than just a nanny; she became a part of our family, and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional childcare.

I’m Jen Ballew, a birth and postpartum practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting families through the sacred threshold of bringing new life into the world. I believe birth is not just a physical event—it’s a profound rite of passage that deserves reverence, preparation, and care. My work blends somatic wisdom, trauma-informed support, and a deep respect for each family’s unique path. I guide parents in reconnecting with their inner knowing, understanding their options, and approaching both birth and postpartum with clarity, confidence, and trust. As the founder of The Parenthood Project, I’ve created a holistic framework that weaves together evidence-based education, nervous system regulation, and community-centered care. My postpartum support is especially focused on helping parents recover in body and spirit, adjust to new rhythms, and feel truly nurtured in the early weeks and months after birth. From emotional processing and newborn care guidance to sleep support and somatic healing practices, I hold space for the full spectrum of this tender transition. You don’t have to do this alone—this journey is meant to be witnessed, honored, and held.

Jen was the most incredible experience of my birth, no exaggeration. Her guidance, support, understanding and kindness rooted the foundation of my birth experience in love. Despite my birth not going the way I envisioned, Jen stood by me as my advocate and partner. I'm so grateful for her and I can't speak highly enough about her professionalism and dedication to birth and motherhood.

Valerie is so kind and thoughtful. I really appreciated my time with Valerie and her services were great! Being 6 weeks postpartum and taking care of a newborn, she was great at working around my schedule. Having Valerie was a way to not only focus on my postpartum recovery but also mentally recovery as well. Her wraps really helped me shed some water weight and made my stomach feel so much better after my c-section. Valerie is amazing at what she does and you will not be disappointed.

Hello, I've been practicing women's health since 2000 and am among the first cohort to be board certified in Women's Health Physical Therapy. Women may experience abdominal or pelvic floor issues due to too much or too little tone and muscle strength and this can happen simultaneously. The real question I like to address is what is the primary cause that triggered this cascade of events. Often times problems don't resolve because there is another issue happening somewhere else in the fascial system causing these problems. The skills I am proficient in to address these problems are Visceral Manipulation, Matrix Repatterning, myofascial release, imagery and movement, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Integrative Systems Model. Please youtube Matrix Repatterning for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction to learn about one of these techniques. Looking forward to working with you when the timing is right for you.

I'm a traditional birth doula, birth photographer, and placenta encapsulation specialist. My heart is for serving and protecting women and babies. As a birth doula, I take a holistic approach to caring for mothers by providing nurturing guidance and hands-on support throughout pregnancy, birth, and immediately postpartum. I love helping women connect to their God given strength and wisdom. My own doula was instrumental in my peaceful HBAC (home birth after cesarean) which inspired me to become that support for other women. So here I am! I've said goodbye to my 9-5 and have committed to letting God guide me through serving families in my community during such a special time in their lives.

Jaymie knew exactly when to step in and when to step aside when helping me labor at home and then at the hospital. Our goal in hiring a doula was to enhance our birth experience and ensure our preferences were listened to - and Jaymie delivered. She was truly the anchor that held everything together. Money well spent.

I love writing reviews, but only for people who truly deserve it — and Suzi Schwartz absolutely does! We hired Suzi to help with potty training our daughter, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. Suzi is incredibly knowledgeable, with years of experience, and the moment she explained what was going on and shared her tips, everything finally made sense. I had tried potty training twice on my own before and felt like I failed each time. The third time, I wanted to make sure I didn’t fail again — so I hired Suzi, and it was the best decision. After just one month, my daughter was fully potty trained. She started at 2 years 3 months old and was completely trained by 2 years 4 months. Suzi made the whole process smooth, supported us the entire time, and truly set us up for success. Thank you so much, Suzi. It was wonderful working with you, and I’m so grateful for the amazing outcome!
