Full Spectrum Doula Package

This package has a base pay plus hourly rate — $1000 + $100/hr for L&D (not to exceed $1800 totally). Package includes 3 prenatal consultations, continuous support during labor & delivery & 1 postpartum visit. In addition, I provide extensive resources & am available for regular & unlimited communication via text & phone calls throughout your pregnancy & for the first month postpartum.

Yoga Therapy & Birth Package

This package has a base pay plus hourly rate — $1200 + $100/hr for L&D (not to exceed $2000 total). Package includes 6 private yoga therapy sessions, continuous support during labor & delivery & 1 postpartum visit. In addition, I’m available for regular & unlimited communication via text & phone calls throughout your pregnancy & for the first month postpartum.
