Hello, I am Carmen Victoria, a local Doula in South Jersey. Originally from Havana, Cuba, but somewhere along the way ended up in Kingston, Jamaica. Over time, my education and family ended up in Florida. I came to Tallahassee and graduated twice from Florida A&M University, most recently with my Master of Public Health. My field of study and passion is Maternal and Infant Health. In 2022, I took a leap of faith and completed the Doula Workshop Training from Capital City Doula. Susan P. Paul is the founder and one of many speech/language pathologists at Communiverse®. We provide functional speech and language therapy and techniques for all caregivers, infants, toddlers and children in-home, in our office, in schools and via teletherapy. We also provide feeding therapy/techniques, play and social skills.

Both in-person and virtual visits for pregnant and breastfeeding parents are available. The visits include a detailed health and breastfeeding history, observation of a feeing, as well as pre and post weight checks. A full plan is developed and shared with the family, the mother's and baby's HCP. Follow up visits available as needed and quick questions through our HIPAA compliant portal are encouraged.
