Stacy White
About me
After many years of soul searching, Stacy created Hold My Heart in an effort to combine her passion for caretaking with her education and experience in business administration. Stacy is trained as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, reproductive health counselor, and breastfeeding peer counselor through the Community Doulas of South Jersey and Uzazi Village and is in the process of enrolling as a provider through NJ FamilyCare. Stacy loves to be a calming and uplifting presence in the lives of those around her. She also loves to make people laugh. Stacy is a mother of two awesome little girls, and loves to play volleyball, watch movies, and host get-togethers with her friends and family.

Service introduction
Our prebuilt packages include monthly prenatal sessions, birth doula services, and generally one to four postpartum sessions. However, we are happy to customize a package to meet your unique needs and fit within your budget! During our prenatal sessions, we will discuss your birth goals and come up with a birth plan, check in on your mental health, plan for your postpartum care and newborn care, conduct childbirth education, practice labor positions and comfort measures, and more. Once your labor begins, we will join you in your home or at your birthing location and provide continuous, hands-on support for you and your partner in the form of comfort measures, positioning, coaching, and anything else that we can do to ensure a comfortable and productive labor and birth. Finally, in the postpartum period, we will assist you with newborn care and any tasks you may need help with.

Couldn’t ask for a better person to have in my corner. Understood my wants/needs, and communicated confidently and professionally when I needed a voice. Provides a calming presence, knowing she has your back.
