Additionally, I am passionate in helping you make the informed choices that are right for you. I am a childbirth educator, registered hypno doula, professional babywearing educator, and super knowledgeable in lactation from personal and professional experience. Standard Birth Support
Here's what's included in the package: - 2 Prenatal 90 minute visits for birth preparation, we will cover signs and stages of labor, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, medical options, interventions, nutrition, postpartum prep, and create a birth plan. - Prenatal telephone/email support throughout pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum - 24 hour on-call availability for labor support starting at the 38th week - Continuity of care once active labor has begun and 2 hours following birth - Emotional and physical support during labor and birth - Access to comfort recommendations and tools - Photos of your labor and birth if wanted - Help with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding immediately following birth - One, 2 hour in person postpartum visit to provide lactation/newborn feeding support, newborn care tips, emotional support, postpartum care tips, birth reflecting

Standard Postpartum Support
- Help you smoothly transition into parenting - 4 Hour Daytime Visit - Offer physical and emotional support to you and your family - Help with breastfeeding/bottlefeeding - Help family adjust to their new roles - Help with light household tasks or organization - Prepare meals during shift - Can hold baby or entertain siblings while parent’s rest/shower - Offer evidenced based information - Connect you with resources in the community as wanted or needed - Assistance with newborn care (ie. baby wearing, tips, tricks and more) - Comfort measures during your recovery period - Errands during shift (ie. picking up a prescription for you at the pharmacy) - Treat you with compassion, and have a listening ear - Holistic postpartum practices
