About me

Being a Doula has brought much fulfillment into Jennifer’s life. As a Birth Worker, she enjoys being able to be a source of comfort and guidance for families. Seventeen years ago, she decided to become a birth & postpartum doula after working closely for years with her own grandmother, who was a midwife. It gave her the confidence and strength to pursue birth work. Her role as a birth worker allows her to provide the support parents and babies need in order to ease the transition into the amazing life of parenthood.  She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is currently learning ASL. Other than being a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Jennifer also holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Science: Psychology, Trauma-Informed Doula, Certified Adult/Pediatrics CPR/First Aid, Certified Herbalist, and continues to extend her knowledge by attending workshops such as, Spinning Babies and Pelvic Dynamics.  Jennifer adores her role as a mother of 3 amazing children. She enjoys leading nature walks, or teaching herbalism. Jennifer has years of experience with singletons and twins as well. She finds it to be an honor and privilege to help parents entering their postpartum journey.
