Packages
The Birth Package
Upon hire we provide constant prenatal support to you via call/text/virtual meeting. We will also meet three times prenatally and discuss some childbirth education, your vision for birth and birth preferences, common interventions: medical vs. holistic, and your options for labor and delivery. We provide support throughout labor and delivery and then have 1 postpartum visit after the birth.

Signature Doula Package
The signature doula package includes everything in the Birth Package plus an additional prenatal visit to plan for the postpartum period, 3 Body Ready Method Body Balancing sessions, and 4 total postpartum visits.
