About me

My name is Nicole McWhorter, owner of DKM Love Doula Services LLC. I am a Ohio & DONA Certified Doula, Certified Community Health Worker, Certified Lactation Specialist, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. With over 22 years of healthcare (clinical and non-clinical) experience, my passion is supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and infant feeding with compassion, education, advocacy, and love. My philosophy is centered on making sure every parent feels seen, heard, respected, informed, and supported. I believe birth belongs to the family, and my role is to walk beside you with nonjudgmental care, evidence-based information, comfort measures, emotional support, and encouragement. At DKM Love Doula Services LLC, we provide compassionate, evidence-based doula support for families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our goal is to help you feel informed, supported, respected, and prepared every step of the way. We offer doula support packages starting at $0 out-of-pocket for eligible Medicaid clients. Private-pay packages range from $950 to $2,300, depending on the level of support and care your family chooses. Whether you are preparing for your first baby, growing your family, or needing extra guidance and encouragement, DKM Love is here to provide loving support, education, advocacy, and care.
