About Marcella

Hi I'm Marcella, a Baby Led Sleep Specialist, Doula & Mom to 4 children! I have been supporting new families from birth, into the 4th trimester and beyond for 10 years now. My approach is an alternative to Sleep Training, I use the understanding of normal biological infant, baby and toddler sleep to help parents get more sleep without sleep training. Working one on one from an hourly virtual visit to a month of support, developing a plan based on your unique baby and family. I use connection rather than separation to foster independent sleep and strategies to support your bay to sleep. We will look at the elements to your day, your child's routine, temperament and your family's lifestyle to develop our best plan to help everyone get more sleep!

Sleep Coach services

Born With Love Holistic Baby Sleep Support offers many different options for support! You may book a month of support where we have more than several virtual visits, weekly check ins and emails, 2 weeks of support together, 1-Hour Virtual Visit with an intake so I may get to know all about your family, your needs and goals, 1-Hour visit without an intake for a small challenge you want to discuss, 30 minute visit for some perspective and questions, and email support which includes handouts pertinent to your needs just like the other options. I also have a mini course on Sleep Progressions (AKA Regressions), webinars offered regularly and a full course coming soon !!
