Ria Savoy, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, is a highly trained Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), certified birth and postpartum doula, and certified sleep consultant with over 25 years of experience in childcare. She has supported more than 100 families across the United States, caring for children from newborns to teenagers. Ria’s warm, nurturing approach and dedication often lead to lasting relationships, with families inviting her back to support them through multiple births. Ria provides comprehensive care from the prenatal stage through postpartum, helping parents prepare for birth, establish newborn care plans, and receive emotional and practical support during labor. Her postpartum services include hands-on newborn care, sleep training guidance, and helping parents adjust to life with a new baby.
