Melissa was so lovely! We had the pleasure of having her work with our family after bringing home our newborn twin boys. She was calm, loving and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we needed before we voiced it, just stepping in and helping to take care of our babies when we were a bit overwhelmed. Her guidance was always so supportive and so helpful. She followed along with our parenting style and she truly made caring for our twins extremely helpful. We had an amazing experience with our night nurse, Melissa. Having overnight support made such a difference during those newborn weeks. Melissa was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and always made us feel comfortable asking questions. We were able to get much-needed sleep knowing our baby was in great hands. She followed our preferences, helped sleep train our baby gently and gave us helpful tips that we still use today.
