Experienced postpartum doula and certified newborn care specialist From a young age, I loved working with children and felt naturally drawn to caring for babies. My professional journey began in 2015 as an Assistant Montessori teacher in infant and toddler classrooms, where communication, organization, and creating a safe, nurturing environment were essential. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education, which further grounds my work in child development and evidence-based care. After my Montessori experience, I transitioned into full-time nannying, gaining extensive one-on-one experience with infants and their families. In this role, I supported parents with creating developmentally appropriate schedules, introducing solids, building healthy sleep habits, and navigating the early stages of parenthood with confidence. Today, I am a dual-certified Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, providing attentive, nurturing overnight support so parents can get the rest they need while knowing their baby is cared for with expertise and care. My support includes newborn feeding and soothing, light household reset, and emotional reassurance, all tailored to each family’s unique rhythms. With years of experience supporting families during the postpartum period, my goal is to help you wake up feeling more rested, confident, and supported during this tender transition.

I offer parents support during the postpartum period either overnight or daytime newborn care and support. My goals are to help parents feel at ease and confident in looking after their newborn. • Assisting in creating a consistent daytime schedule and equipping parents with the necessary tools for successful sleep habits. • Establishing healthy sleep routines from day one and adhering to safe sleep practices. • Providing comprehensive baby care, including washing bottles and pump parts, folding baby laundry, and organizing the nursery. • I encourage parents to rest while I care for the baby.
