With over a decade of experience supporting families, I'm a trusted expert in newborn care and the postpartum journey.
I know firsthand that becoming a mom—whether it’s your first time or your fourth—can feel overwhelming. Between the sleepless nights, conflicting advice from the internet (and well-meaning family), and the physical recovery, it’s easy for moms to feel lost in the chaos. That’s where I come in.
I believe every mother deserves judgment-free support—emotional and physical—during a time when all the attention tends to shift to the baby. During my time with you, I listen deeply, tuning into each family’s unique needs during the fourth trimester, to bring calm, clarity, resources, and care when it's needed most.

After a visit, you’ll feel seen, heard, encouraged, rested (and yes, probably be laughing too).
