About me

I’m a daytime Postpartum and Infant Care Doula certified by ProDoula. I’m passionate about helping, comforting, and cheering on moms and families as they heal and gain confidence in caring for their new additions. I have extra training in lactation support and mental health first aid. I make sure mom is fed, showered, and rested while I care for baby and the home. I am also Carrot Approved.

Service introduction

My specialty is supporting mom, helping her heal physically and emotionally from childbirth. I also help the whole family through one of the biggest transitions of their lives, empowering and cheering on as everyone navigates their place and learns their new roles in their evolving family. When everyone is calm and feeling good, I tend to laundry and meal prep to keep the home running smoothly.
