About me

I’m a Postpartum and Infant Care Doula certified by ProDoula. I’m passionate about helping, comforting, and cheering on moms and families as they heal and gain confidence in caring for their new additions. I have two daughters of my own, so I spend quality time with them, teaching my 16 year old to drive, and helping my 18 year old navigate her first year of college. I also love walking my dog, baking, reading, and traveling.

Service introduction

My specialty is supporting mom, helping her heal physically and emotionally from childbirth. I also help the whole family through one of the biggest transitions of their lives, empowering and cheering on as everyone navigates their place and learns their new roles in their evolving family. When everyone is calm and feeling good, I tend to laundry and meal prep to keep the home running smoothly.
