My practice is based on the science of sleep. Knowing how and why we sleep is key to being able to come up with solutions for those who are not sleeping. This foundational knowledge allows me to create unique and customizable sleep plans for children. Working collaboratively with parents allows me to effectively support them in their quest to being a well-rested family. Sleep is not a one stop shop and sleep methods will vary from child to child. My knowledge of numerous methods allows me to work with all types of families.

Consultation sessions to discuss sleep - related questions or concerns. Some possible topics include: naps, dropping a nap, sleep associations, schedule, bedtime, or anything else sleep related. Prices: $50 per 30 minute session $100 per 60 minute session
