Hi, I’m Jasmine! I am a holistic doula in Scottsdale and I absolutely LOVE my job. I’ve been a birth and postpartum doula for four years and would love to support more people through the perinatal period. I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life. I hope to be a friend and a guide through your journey, providing you with tools to feel joyful and powerful.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Standard Birth Package

This is our most comprehensive (and most popular) package! It includes 3 in-person prenatal sessions to go over everything you'll need to take on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These prenatals are tailored to your specific needs. You will have text/call support from the time you sign the contract until 6 weeks postpartum. I will be on call for your birth from 37 weeks of pregnancy onward. During labor, I will provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your partner (if applicable). After birth, I will be there for up to 2 hours to support you and your family. We will set up one postpartum session (up to 2 hours) within the first couple weeks following birth.

Basic Birth Package

Our basic birth package is a less comprehensive version of our standard package. It typically works best for clients who have given birth before. There will be one prenatal session tailored to your needs, as well as text/call support until 6 weeks postpartum. I will be on call for your birth from 37 weeks onward, and I will provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor. I will stay for up to two hours after birth to support you. If you require postpartum support, we can arrange for visits at an hourly rate.

Virtual Birth Package

This is a virtual version of our Standard Birth Package. Our 3 prenatal sessions will be virtual, and we will go over anything you might need to take on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs. I will be on call from 37 weeks until labor, during which I will provide continuous virtual support. I will stay on videochat for up to 2 hours postpartum to support your family. We can schedule a 2 hour postpartum session at any pointy during the first few weeks following birth.

What to expect

Doula Mama offers a variety of both in-person and virtual services! For our birth doula services, we have offers ranging from our most comprehensive (and most popular!) in-person birth package, to a 1:1 virtual birth debriefing session. For postpartum services, our options are simple; we offer either daytime or overnight support to fit your specific needs. Jasmine Toomer was my Doula for my daughter back in April of last year. Being new parents my husband and I decided that having a Doula would greatly benefit us. Jasmine was beyond helpful and kind during the entire experience. Leading up to the birth she came to us for home visits walking us through different techniques that would improve my birthing experience as a first time mom. When I did go into labor she was there almost immediately and stayed through the entire labor. She is a fantastic person to have alongside you during childbirth, very calming and always helpful.
