Hi, I’m Jasmine! I am a holistic doula in Scottsdale and I absolutely LOVE my job. I’ve been a birth and postpartum doula for four years and would love to support more people through the perinatal period. I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life. Doula Mama offers a variety of both in-person and virtual services! For our birth doula services, we have offers ranging from our most comprehensive (and most popular!) in-person birth package, to a 1:1 virtual birth debriefing session. For postpartum services, our options are simple; we offer either daytime or overnight support to fit your specific needs. Please contact me for more information about my sliding scale / pay-what-you-can services. You deserve help regardless of what you can pay🫶🏻

Virtual Birth Planning Session
During this 2-3 hour virtual session, we will discuss everything you need to understand what you want out of your birth. This session will give you the confidence to go into labor feeling prepared and excited for what's ahead. This session is tailored to your needs; besides creating a birth plan, we can go over labor coping techniques, tips for relief from pregnancy symptoms, or anything else you might want to cover.

Daytime Postpartum Support
During a postpartum visit, my job is to support your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while you adjust to life with your new baby. From being a listening ear, to helping change diapers, to running errands, I am here to make your adjustment easier. I can provide light housework, meal prep, informational support and referrals as needed. 4-8 hour shifts are available. It takes a village, and I hope to be part of your village.

Overnight Postpartum Support

Jasmine Toomer was my Doula for my daughter back in April of last year. Being new parents my husband and I decided that having a Doula would greatly benefit us. Jasmine was beyond helpful and kind during the entire experience. Leading up to the birth she came to us for home visits walking us through different techniques that would improve my birthing experience as a first time mom. When I did go into labor she was there almost immediately and stayed through the entire labor. She is a fantastic person to have alongside you during childbirth, very calming and always helpful.
