First-time mom planning a hospital birth at Pomona Valley Hospital and looking for a birth/postpartum doula with a practical, evidence-based approach. I would like support during pregnancy with education, preparing for labor, helping me understand my options, and creating a birth plan/preferences document. I plan to give birth at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach. I have United Healthcare insurance and would like to have the lowest budget possible. I want an epidural due to not good with pain. I want a vaginal birth only. I would like my doula to be experienced at least 5 years. I would like my doula to help me with sleep training, lactation, nutrition, etc.
