hospital birth preferred. budget $1500 - don't currently have a birth plan, hoping someone can guide me through this. This would be my first and I'm seeking guidance.

We are New to NC (military) and in Southern Pines getting care through FirstHealth Women’s Center of SoPi. This is our first child and we are learning as we go. My husband will be deployed in May & I’m due in June. We have yet to establish a birth plan or know what to expect, but would love support in guiding the conversation and just encouragement through the process especially as I’m unsure my husband will be there for delivery / labor.

First time mom, just relocated from Asia, giving birth in a hospital, will probably get an epidural cause have low blood pressure and might pass out from pain then they might do a C-section. Trying t avoid a C-section as much as possible.

I want to have a home birth. Looking to see what my insurance covers.

- I want to have the closest thing to an undisturbed home birth as possible, just in the safety of a hospital in case of an adverse event. I would like for it to be able to be a special moment between my husband and I, and have a doula for advocacy purposes. I am striving for a physiological, no intervention birth. I would prefer a home birth with a midwife, but my insurance does not touch this kind of thing. I do not want perineal pressure, I may allow cervical checks (depends on how Im feeling), intermittent monitoring, no meds (no pitocin or pain meds), I will allow an IV but no hookups unless emergency occurs, use of the shower, ability to birth in the position I choose (my firstborn was crowning while I stood in the shower and I was forced to get into the bed, for no medical reason, even though I was refusing), very minimal staff (nurse and midwife), no coached pushing (I want to push when i have contractions, I believe I tore because of everyone telling me to keep on pushing against my body), allow for my body to stretch when crowing, catch my own baby, cord cut when done pulsing and white, keep my placenta, I want as much on film and pictures as possible, minimal talking while I am in labor (i prefer quiet. lots of talking, although it was meant to be encouraging, made me anxious). No manual removal of placenta (a student pulled mine out last time and I was left with RPOC and had to have a D&C 9 weeks PP so I really want it to detach and come out on its own).

I plan to give birth in hospital but I want to have no medical intervention unless needed.

I plan on giving birth at a hospital. I heard that doulas are covered through tricare so I’d prefer that. I don’t really have much of a birth plan right now besides I want to try to do it naturally without an epidural

I am interested in a home birth/Natural birth. My partner and I left our previous Provider in southern pines for concerns of "Modern Birthing Practices" and not supporting our decision for a home or natural birth, also we wanted to keep ultrasounds and doppler to a minimum and they highly disliked that. we have received 2 ultrasounds so far and genetic testing, and they bragged that everything looked great with the baby. So far no health concerns or high-risk pregnancy, so we feel great about a home birth. We are looking for a Midwife and doula in the area.

I plan to give birth at cape fear valley hospital. I budget would be $1500 if possible. I was induced before so i want this birth as natural as possible, so using a-lot of natural comfort measures but epidural offered if the pain becomes too much. I want continuous emotional support, encouragement and guidance. No induction, routine ruptures, continuous iv fluids and unnecessary vaginal exams unless medically necessary. I would like immediate skin to skin, delayed cord clamping, and my partner and doula being present the entire time. Lastly, breastfeeding support, no formula for baby, rooming in with baby, and just all around comfort and pain management through non medical technics are a priority until otherwise.

I desire a physiological, unmedicated birth and kindly request support for movement throughout labor, including walking, bouncing, and changing positions. I prefer dim lighting and calming frequency or chakra-balancing sounds to promote relaxation. I would appreciate gentle coaching during pushing while allowing my body to lead naturally, with a preference for squatting or hands-and-knees positions. After birth, I desire immediate skin-to-skin contact, delayed cord clamping, partner cord cutting, and initiation of breastfeeding. I would like to discuss and give informed consent regarding Vitamin K, eye ointment, and the Hepatitis B vaccine prior to administration when possible. If induction or emergency intervention becomes necessary, I request clear explanations, shared decision-making, and for my partner to remain with our baby at all times. My intention is to feel safe, respected, informed, and empowered throughout this experience. My body is wise, my baby is safe, and I birth with calm strength and trust
