I’m planning on giving birth at the MIDWIFE CENTER in Pittsburgh, PA My budget is open for discussion but listing 1000 If the Lord wills, I would like an unmedicated birth at the midwife center
I need someone for emotional support and make sure I don’t die during a homebirth also willing to give pain meds
Hospital birth with the least amount of medical interventions as possible. I want to have a natural, peaceful birth
I plan to give birth at home I don't know what our budget is yet I don't really have a birth plan yet I don't even have evidence saying I'm pregnant. I have signs and symptoms. Extra weight. The nausea's not so bad now. My friends said they felt the baby moving. I went to a midwife in Georgia. Well the midwife center..anyways, the lady there that day said "I'm not the ultrasound technician. She's not in until tomorrow. But I could give it a go if you want me to." She did not know anything about the ultrasound machine. She rubbed the applicator on my stomach and didn't zoom in or anything. I swear I saw the gestational sac. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm having a phantom pregnancy. Or maybe I'm having a cryptic pregnancy. I've had two cryptic pregnancies in the past. I just need to know! For the sake of my sanity and that of my husband's. Please help.
1. Where do you plan to give birth (home/hospital)? Home but it is my first time birth 2. Provide your estimated budget -unsure currently 3. Describe your birth plan -unknown
I would love the option to give birth at home. A water birth would be a dream come true! As far as a budget goes, I don’t even know what this normally would cost so I’ll say around $4k but there is flexibility to that if I’m being unrealistic. My birth plan would be to have my third, unmedicated birth in the comfort of our home with worship music playing, my two older daughters (6 & 12) nearby and my husband at my side.
We believe we want at home. Budget unsure Plan as natural as can be with low tox and no vaccines
I am not pregnant currently but planning for my 2nd baby and wanting a VBAC. Wondering if any midwives are experienced with a Vbac and if they only do them if births are 18 months apart or does anyone do them if closer together? I want a physiologic birth this time like I planned for but wasn’t able to have with my 1st in a hospital. Exploring options! Thank you!
1. At home this be my second at home birth 2. Preferably 5,000 and under 3. Completely natural and already had one waterbirth would love to do that again depending upon the birth progression since each time is different.
I am interested in a home birth, but not sure if I want to go that route.
I would like a midwife/doula in the Pittsburgh area. Plan to give birth in the surrounding area. Not familiar with this, need lots of help Someone who speaks Spanish is a plus!
A mid wife please 1) At a hospital but considering at home 2) I have insurance to be able to pay 3) Hopefully to be able to birth in a pool of water and few people involved
1) I want to give birth in a birth center 2) $4,400 3) I don’t have one yet, I just found out a couple days ago and am very overwhelmed and feel like I’m behind
This will be my first child but I am interested in a home water birth or potentially a birth center. I'm interested in some parenting education/prep work prior too. I live in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania.
Planning to get pregnant for this first time. Home birth if possible
I want to give birth at home unless there are complications or unless I change my mind during the dialating process and want to give birth at the hospital
This will be my 4th child and I just want to stay home. The rush to the hospital is stressful and I am over all the poking and prodding while your in labor so they can get you all hooked up to monitors and ivs. I do not know how much it costs to have a homebirth and midwife and what all having a baby at home entails. I am reaching out for more information. Thank you!
Home birth midwife who’s also available to come to hospital with me if needed. This is my second birth but first at home, not sure on estimated budget I’ve never looked into this before but definitely looking affordable. Labor at home in the quiet able to move freely be in water and in bed, my 3.5 yr old will be present in the home we are looking into this because we have no child care and are opting for a low/no intervention natural birth regardless if it is at home or in a hospital
1. Home/birthing center 2. Open 3. Water birth/natural birth
Would like a home birth Unsure of budget as of yet Home birth in or out of water unmedicated, delay push, delayed chord cutting no interventions unless 100% necessary
