I really would love to give birth at home and transfer to hospital for recovery

I am open to home birth but lean towards a hospital birth. My family just moved to the area so looking for a midwife that for checkups and delivery. I am a more natural minded mom. Looking for someone who listens well and cares about my baby.

Will be me and my husband and my mother in a quiet, dimly lit room. I envision a relaxing and patient, intentional labor, with movement and rest. I will be using a doula and hypnobirthing as well! I follow a plant-based diet as well and am looking for a provider who is supportive of that. I have a history of severe anxiety and PTSD and am looking to partner with provider, doula, and my long-time therapist to ensure I have a calm, fun, rewarding, and empowering birth experience. However, because of my anxiety and OCD, I still want to give birth in the hospital so that there is easy access to intervention if something goes wrong. That will give me peace of mind, but I'm looking to create a birth center-esque experience in the Women's Hospital, including the water birth!

I would want help with the first feeding and making sure our baby latches. I do not want early chord clamping and want the chord to turn white before clamping, I would also like to naturally deliver my placenta on my own. I would like for my team to listen to my wants for my birth plan while also guiding me and baby in the right, healthy direction. Our estimated budget would be $5,000-$7,000
