Hi Everyone, I'm Ashley, a Afro-Dominican & Puerto Rican mother to a 15 year old boy and a Certified Full Spectrum Doula and Lactation Counselor. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of supporting over 55 families and counting during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey, helping them navigate all the transitions of bringing new life into the world. My passion for supporting families during this transformative time began when I experienced the birth of my own child. I realized the profound impact a skilled and compassionate doula can have on ones birthing experience because although I wasn't able to have a doula for my birth, I was able to teach myself and those supporting me the role of a doula during birth, which allowed me to achieve all of my birth goals. Through this passion, I have dedicated myself to supporting families through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum in a way that is personalized, empowering, and non-judgmental. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing space that allows families to make informed decisions and feel supported throughout their process. My approach is grounded in evidence-based research and tailored to the needs of each family. I provide emotional, physical and advocacy support as well as evidence-based education and access to resources you may need to help encourage a positive and fulfilling birth and postpartum experience. I am committed to continuing my education and professional development to ensure that I am providing the most up-to-date and effective care possible. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or a birth center delivery and/or you're just looking for postpartum support, I am here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your ideal birth and postpartum experience.

Becoming a mother has shaped not only who I am—but also how I support others. I’ve experienced birth in many forms: a hospital birth with medical interventions, a hospital birth without medication, and finally, a peaceful home birth. Each one was powerful, unique, and taught me something new about strength, surrender, and support. My journey sparked a passion for supporting women during this incredibly personal and transformative time. I became a doula because I believe every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and truly heard. My work is rooted in empathy and a deep respect for each person’s unique experience. I offer care that meets you where you are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether it’s helping you prepare, offering reassurance, or simply holding space, I’m here to support you in making this journey your own.

At Celestial Prime Doula, we believe that birth is a sacred initiation—a deeply personal, soul-shifting experience that deserves reverence, presence, and care that goes beyond the physical. Sacred beginnings speaks to the profound truth that every birth is a gateway, not only for the baby entering the world, but for the parent stepping into a new version of themselves. We honor that transition with intention, holding space for the emotions, fears, dreams, and power that come with it. Celestial care means offering more than just support—it’s about creating an elevated experience that nurtures the body, uplifts the spirit, and affirms the soul. We blend grounded, evidence-based guidance with a calming, spiritual presence, helping our clients feel safe, seen, and sovereign in their choices. Whether it’s through gentle words, intuitive touch, or simply being a steady presence, our care is rooted in love, alignment, and respect for each family’s unique path. This is where modern support meets ancient wisdom—because you deserve to feel divinely supported as you bring life into the world

My husband and I worked with Jennifer the last trimester of my pregnancy. She always made herself accessible for any questions, and we felt very well supported by her. Jennifer was extremely thorough, timely, and compassionate. She was a master at feeding us information at the right time as not to overwhelm us. My husband and I wound up taking a 6 hour birth class a month before our due date, and we felt so well prepared from Jennifer, that the information in the birth class seemed repetitive from what Jennifer had already instilled in us! The day I went into labor, Jennifer was accesible every moment. She was truly an advocate for us and made us feel safe and connected. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to any couple looking for doula. My met several, and Jennifer was truly the best of the best. Thank you Jennifer!!
