I am a Lactation Specialist, I breastfed for 4 years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Maternal Child Health: Human Lactation and A Master’s Degree in Maternal Child Health System. I have also served hundreds of families as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor. I am also a full spectrum Doula trained under Ancient Songs Doula Services. I have had a pleasure supporting so many families and am truly enjoying the journey into doula work.

In this package clients are offered 8 visits, these visits can be utilized in both pregnancy and postpartum. My recommendation is: 1 visit during trimester 1 1 visit during trimester 2 2 visits during trimester 3 Birth attendance 1 visit 1-3 days postpartum 1 visit 1-2 weeks postpartum 1 visit at 4 weeks postpartum 1 visit 8 weeks postpartum In these visits we will discuss and learn a slew of things such as: -Consultation -Child Birth education -Breastfeeding education -Birth Plan Creation -Postpartum Plan Creation -Partner labor assist techniques -Pain management during labor -Labor positioning
