Becoming a mother has shaped not only who I am—but also how I support others. I’ve experienced birth in many forms: a hospital birth with medical interventions, a hospital birth without medication, and finally, a peaceful home birth. Each one was powerful, unique, and taught me something new about strength, surrender, and support. My journey sparked a passion for supporting women during this incredibly personal and transformative time. I became a doula because I believe every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and truly heard. My work is rooted in empathy and a deep respect for each person’s unique experience. I offer care that meets you where you are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether it’s helping you prepare, offering reassurance, or simply holding space, I’m here to support you in making this journey your own.

Through my birth doula services, I provide emotional, physical, and educational support to a mother who is expecting, is experiencing labor, or has recently given birth. I believe that with my support, you will gain a better understanding of delivery procedures and the postpartum healing process, and you will feel in control and confident. I offer comfort with pain-relief techniques including breathing techniques, relaxation methods, massage, and laboring positions. I also advocate for you, encouraging and helping you fulfill specific preferences regarding your birth. My goal is always to support and help you have a safe, positive, and empowering birthing experience—whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth or a cesarean. After the birth, I will encourage bonding with your new baby and help you begin the breastfeeding process. Through my postpartum doula support services, I offer a comprehensive range of non-medical assistance to help ease the transition after the arrival of your baby or babies. From aiding in your physical and emotional recovery to providing valuable educational resources, I am here to support your family every step of the way. My services include guidance on self-care practices, hands-on assistance with newborn care and feeding, informative sessions on postpartum health for both mother and baby, personalized support for breastfeeding, helping your family navigate their new roles, and providing practical household help like preparing meals, assisting with baby laundry, and sterilizing bottles.
