I plan to give birth in a hospital with a midwife. Estimated budget is $500. I want an unmedicated birth
I am living in the Elk River area. I would like to give birth at a baby center that supports water births. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I would like someone who is calm and energy is positive.
I’m planning on birthing at United Hospital in Saint Paul. I have about $1500-2500 to spend. Provider needs to be a certified/licensed doula. I’m looking for someone to be there for the birth and maybe 3-5 overnight postpartum shifts.
I'm giving birth in a hospital and hope to have a natural birth. This is my second child. I had breastfeeding struggles with the first and would love someone who can help with that. I will be 35 at time of birth. If the doula wouldn't mind watching the baby for a few hours so I could get sleep after birth that would be amazing. Someone who is Christian would also be a plus. I'm hoping to find someone who also works with my insurance
Birth location: North Memorial Hospital- Maple Grove, MN Price range: $600 Leaning towards a medicated birth.
We plan to give birth at the hospital. Currently looking for someone in network with my insurance but we don’t have a set budget. We are open to a natural or medicated birth plan but would like to start with a natural plan
Hello! My name is Haddie. I plan on giving birth at the Lakeview Hospital/birthcenter in Stillwater. I am on Medicaid and would be paying through that. My birth plan is to have a positive vaginal birth. I plan on getting an epidural. I had a fairly experience last pregnancy and labor/delivery and hoping to keep that going. I am looking for someone to help be my advocate, help me have a positive birth, and help me breastfeed successfully after.
Hospital. Not sure on budget. I do not know what my birth plan is.
I want to give birth at a birth center and have an umm medicated birth.
We live in cottage grove and plan to deliver at regions hospital. I had a natural birth last time and plan to do the same thing this time. Looking for a budget around $1,000-2,000
I will be giving birth at United Hospital. I have health partners insurance through the state, so any services would need to be covered by insurance. I am hoping for as natural of a birth as possible with as few interventions as possible however, I am a high risk pregnancy due to type one diabetes. (my diabetes is decently well controlled and is not the same as type two diabetes.) I had a lot of trauma from my last birthing experience, I didn’t know my rights and the doctors were VERY controlling and even forceful with me.
First pregnancy, would like to try to go unmedicated with the exception of non invasive pain management with no lasting effects on baby
Birth doula for first pregnancy. Birth at hospital in Hudson Wisconsin. I want as natural of a birth as possible. Not sure of budget
I am looking for a doula to help mr through pregnancy, labor and delivery, someone to be my advocate, lead me through this journey, and to also be support for my husband during labor and delivery ans maybe even some breastfeeding help and support and postpartum support. I plan to give birth in Hutchinson, Mn at Hutchinson Health. Budget roughly $1000, maybe more. I want an unmedicated, intervention free birth if at all possible.
TTC: I've had 2 early miscarriages. 1ts May 2022 & 2nd March 2023. We took a couple years off due to some injuries/health issues. We are now 36yrs(w) and 41yrs(h) and ttc. We are going on 3 months with no positive outcome. Pregnancy: Once pregnant my wish is to not take any vaccines while pregnant and we do not plan to vaccine our children. I'm still doing research but we are leaning towards not vaccinating. Birth: I'm open. I would like to learn more about my options.
At home birth, estimated budget around $700-$1000. My birth plan involves no medication and all natural birth.
Looking for overall support person. My husband works A LOT and I have no family or support system near by. I plan on hospital birth but no epidural. I have a 3 and 7 year old as well
I am a surrogate in the early stages right now. I'm interested in looking into a doula possibly for the journey, or even just the birth. We will most likely be due in January, but nothing is confirmed yet. Just trying to get some estimates and feel some things out to send to my intended parent! 1. I plan to give birth at St Croix Falls Health in WI. 2. We have a small budget for this, but haven't agreed in a number yet until I have some estimates. 3. W have to give birth in a hospital due to it being a surrogacy journey, but I'd like as natural of a birth as possible. Both of my children were home water births with midwives. I cannot have a water birth at my hospital unfortunately, but I want the process as hands off as possible.
I am having my fourth and last baby at 36. I will be 37 at time of birth. This is my second high risk baby all because my last baby was high risk, I am geriatric and my medications scares the crap out of the ob/gyn. I do have a separate provider who manages those medications. While my mom is supportive, my partner has not always been the best at making sure I am taking care of myself. He needs the help to be more involved with my health than he has in the past. I have a therapist for emotional support but he can only help so much and I need a kick in the pants with facts. Not what some YouTuber or TikTok person said.
ideally i’d like to give birth in some sort of birth center where i can possibly do a water birth, but those are really the only details i have. i don’t know what my budget is or what my birth plan is yet.
