Maple Grove hospital $700-1200 Birth environment should be calm and relaxing
Maple Grove Hospital. $500-1000. Vaginal without any meds or intervention if possible
This is my second birth. My first baby was born OP and I had a long long labor (planned to go natural but opted for epidural due to fatigue). Giving birth in a hospital (children’s Masonic) but hoping to labor at home as long as physically possible. Would love to achieve a water birth in the hospital if the situation allows. I’m not against getting an epidural if needed but I want to get as far into labor as I can before we consider that. I need someone who can coach me through the hard moments, offer ideas to cope with pain (tens machine, aromatherapy, hypnobirthing) and keep me on my birth plan.
First pregnancy and birth at 41 years old. Need someone who can support and older mother. I plan to give birth in a hospital and want to do an epidural but have some fear due to prior health issues. I would love 1-2 meetings prior to delivery and support in hospital during birthing. Would love to spend $1000 or less.
Hospital birth, I have gestational diabetes and will probably need to be induced. First time mom who needs help with birth planning and education so I can make informed decisions. Not sure on budget but would be ok with a new or studying doula if it’s cheaper.

I plan to give birth in a hospital, but hope to have minimal interventions unless absolutely medically necessary. This is my first pregnancy via IVF after dealing with infertility, and I would like someone who is sensitive to that.

I plan to give birth at Abbott Northwestern. This is my second child, my first was born at Regions which was a 30+ hour labor including PPH. I am hoping for a smoother experience and less anxiety this time! I'd like to find someone with several years of experience. My husband is a resident physician and it is important to us to find someone who works well with care teams. I am not sure yet about my postpartum doula needs and budget, just thinking I'd like to find help with that too.
Planning to deliver at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Estimated budged $1500. I would like to try to have an unmedicated birth. Looking for a doula to help with this process.
Hi Maggie! In my past two births, I’ve experienced long, stalled, painful labors and have needed inductions. Because of that, I’m really looking for strong, hands-on support during labor—especially someone experienced with helping labor progress, using positioning, movement, and comfort techniques. I’m particularly interested in approaches like optimal positioning (Spinning Babies–type techniques), as well as support during longer or induced labors. It’s also important to me that my doula has experience/comfortability supporting diverse families or are mindful of cultural/religious preferences.
I plan to give birth in a hospital, I am going on MA so would like a doula that is covered by MA. I want to try to stay natural with birth, it is my first time giving birth so I want to get educated on what’s best for my body so it goes as smooth and healthy as possible.
I plan to give birth at home Wanting to pay less than 10k Unmedicated birth
I plan to give birth at Abbot Hospital’s Mother Baby Center. Estimated budget is $1500. I’d like a birth with limited interventions, with a patient and calm atmosphere, using meditation and breathwork/hypnobirtbirthing and similar methods to cope. I’d like to be able to move and change positions. I want to feel close and connected to my husband during birth. I’d like it to be a dimly lit environment if possible. Maintaining my bodily autonomy and being able to give informed consent to any interventions is very important to me.
