I want to have an advocate for my birth plan with me and also someone helping me through my pregnancy and delivery. I want to feel as prepared as I can with helpful knowledge and a more natural approach that is best for the baby not what the standards are which sometimes I feel like the hospital goes by.

I’m not exactly sure, I’ve never done this and I’m wanting an at home birth if possible. My budget is probably around $4,000-$5,000.

1. My doctors told me I would have to go all the way to Zeeland (Corewell)because it’s the only birth center they have. I’m currently living in Muskegon it would be a 35-40min drive. I’m looking for doula and a midwife who can strongly advocate for me as I am a black African American women I want to do home birth but I’m sure I would have to do a hospital and I do have an estimated budget

I plan to give birth in the hospital. I have had some past medical issues including a brain tumor and chemo and radiation that have left my body unique in certain ways. My pituitary glad does not function so I just need help navigating.

I plan to give birth with Norton OBs in Louisville Ky. I am on Medicaid PASSPORT. I would love to have a doula that accepts this Medicaid, but if not, I’d like to spend less than $1000 if possible. I don’t have a birth plan nailed down yet, but I’d like to do as natural as possible.

I plan to give birth at west Florida hospital in Pensacola. I would like a natural birth, delayed cord clamping, baby to never leave my or my husband's sight while in the hospital. I would like a Christian doula if possible. I am interested in placenta encapsulation.

Planning to give birth in hospital but want to labor as long as possible at home. Unsure on budget currently. Planning on unmedicated birth.

I would ideally like to have a home birth or go to a birthing center. But also lean toward hospital incase anything were to happen. I don’t know what normal budget for a doula is, I am a first time mom and will do my research on this. I would like to have immediate skin to skin when baby is born. I do not want my baby taken out of the room at all for any reason. I do not want anything done to myself or baby with getting consent and explaining in detail what it is/what it is for. I DO NOT want an episiotomy. I want delayed cord clamping until the cord is no longer pulsating and is white. I want to keep my placenta. I the list goes on and on and I would like to discuss more with whoever I choose as my doula.

I would like to give birth in a hospital or find an adequate birthing center. I would like a provider that is either black or has extensive experience working with pregnant black women. I hope to use my insurance to cover most of the expenses. But I am willing to pay some out of pocket expenses. I am newly pregnant so I do not have a birth plan. That is something I would like help figuring out with a provider.
