Hello! This is my first pregnancy and I’ll admit I’m pretty scared! I have very bad PTSD from multiple sexual assaults so I’m very nervous about what will happen to me. I will be giving birth in Edmonton, I don’t have a birth plan yet, I don’t know where to begin.

Home is where I would like to be. I want to find someone my insurance covers and I don’t really have birthplan yet .

I have had a previous emergency c-section on August,22/2025 and I’m now pregnant with a due date of September,26/2026 and I really hope to try for a v-bac I just want to speak to someone or gain knowledge or have someone to advocate for me 1) plan to give birth at lois hole

Need an advocate and just simple planning on birth

I've always wanted to have my babies naturally with little to no pain medication, IV or laughing gas would be as far as I would go. I do not want to labor or give birth in a hospital unless I have no other choice, if things take a turn I have a doctor at Mercy hospital. Our estimated budget would probably be 1.5k-2.k overall. We're a young couple starting out in a new town, we're starting to get back on our feet and we were not expecting to have a little one so soon. I want a water birth with low lighting, calming music and an aroma im familiar with, one doula and at least one to two midwives, my husband will be there and as for extras that is yet to be decided. I would also like either a foam mat low to the ground or a bed to get on if we need a change from the pool/tub. Yoga balls and all the fixings. Basically whatever I need to have a safe, smooth and calm birth, that'll be cheaper and less stressful than a hospital stay. Thank you!

Educate me in having birth and what I should be doing before and after birth / postpartum.

1) HCA Health in Webster, TX 2) I’m not very sure on a budget as I haven’t done much research. 3) I want to try to go unmedicated, not lying on my back, I want open mobility, a calm and uplifting environment and I want everything to feel natural.

Looking to have someone in my corner while giving birth. Someone who knows my birth plan. This is baby number 3 for me and there is so much I’ve learned and want to do differently. I thought giving birth at home would be great but that seems to be a bit harder than I first thought out to be. But having someone who knows in the hospital with me would be fantastic. I don’t exactly have a budget. This will be my first time being with one. Birth plan has always been get the baby out safe. I definitely don’t want any of the extra stuff they try to do or “try to help” you with getting the baby out. I want delayed cord clamping as far as it can go and I know most consider it to be 1-5 minutes which doesn’t seem long enough to me. I know hospitals have protocols about doing certain things and I want someone who’s listening while I am labouring because that in itself is hard enough.

Home birth I think, not sure yet, Birth plan due what I can to deliver naturally, baby's cord does not get cut till it's white and has no plus left. No vacations on baby after delivery.

We will be first time parents and would like guidance throughout the pregnancy, childbirth and aftercare.

Delivery in Hospital Planned C section No budget

Giving birth at Houston Methodist Clear Lake. Want to try for a natural birth but need guidance. Not sure of budget because I don’t know what an average cost is.

Planning to give birth at HCA clear lake and hoping to VBAC my second baby! My first delivery was an urgent c-section in 2023 d/t baby having consistent d cels, nuchal x2, and and IUGR baby weighing 4lbs10oz at 37.5. We are monitoring this babies growth more closely and so far so good😊 I’d love extra support and guidance in the delivery room as I hope to have a successful VBAC!
