Estimated Budget / Insurance Information I have Medicaid and prefer to work with providers who accept Humana Medicaid coverage. 3. Birth Plan Summary My priorities for birth are: Care from a provider experienced with high-risk pregnancies who understands how to support and advocate for me. A focus on minimum necessary medical intervention, unless it becomes medically necessary for the safety of me or my baby. A team that listens to my preferences and supports evidence-based decisions. Freedom to move during labor, with supportive comfort measures. Immediate skin-to-skin contact after birth and support initiating breastfeeding (if desired).
