I plan to give birth in a hospital. My birthing plans are to go as natural and intervention free as possible. I have a lot of anxiety and it is important for me to feel supported.
Looking for birth and postpartum support for 2nd pregnancy. Scheduled delivery at Maine Medical Family Birth Center in Portland, and postpartum care at our home in Auburn. Prior C-section in June 2025 and would prefer to have a vaginal delivery with epidural. Interested in less interventions during birth, labor in water/bath, newborn and baby sleep training (2 babies at home under 14 months) and support with home care postpartum. Would like to find providers contracted under Tricare East, Humana Military. Willing to pay out of pocket costs if insurance will cover rest.
