I am a professional and experienced birth doula, childbirth educator, and approved placenta encapsulation provide I am passionate about supporting women and new families through this amazing journey – in preparation for birth, fully through your birthing time and postpartum. My experience over a decade and a half has allowed me to fully educate and advocate for my clients. My role as I see it is to support families in whatever choices they find satisfying. My goal is to return to the feeling of empowerment and mental wellness to the journey to expanding a family with mental health at the forefront of my work. I am a clinically trained counsellor by trade with several years working with mental health, addiction and trauma; I aim to bring this training and knowledge to support my clients in understanding their mental health and processing any birth trauma they may have endured.
