Birth Doula Package

during your pregnancy initial consultation monthly visits either over video call or in person at my office. These visits allow you space and time to touch base and ask any questions you may have during your pregnancy. 4/5 hours of in person prenatal educational support meetings at my office birth preference document guidance phone, email and text support after hire date access to my lending library at your birth on call availability 24/7 from 37 weeks continuous emotional, physical, spiritual and educational support at the onset of labour partner support backup doula free TENS machine rental 2/3 hours of support after baby is born to help with the feeding of the baby and the birthing team, tidying the birth space and getting you settled. after your birth one in home visit to answer any of your questions post birth, share any tips and tricks and admire you new addition. text/email support until 6 weeks postpartum

Birth Doula Support As a birth doula, I provide continuous, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. I focus on empowering you and your partner with evidence-based information, emotional encouragement, and hands-on comfort measures, helping you feel confident and prepared for your birth experience. My goal is to honour your choices, create a calm and supportive environment, and help you advocate for yourself during this transformative time. Education & Training I am trained in childbirth education, nurtured infant sleep, and breastfeeding support, giving me a well-rounded approach to helping families feel prepared and supported. I offer guidance on what to expect during pregnancy and birth, newborn care strategies, and feeding plans, so parents can feel confident in the early days and weeks. My education allows me to provide practical, evidence-based information alongside compassionate, individualized care.
