Prenatal, Labor, and PP support

I offer 2 prenatal visits, phone and message support, on call services starting at 38 weeks, labor and delivery support, and one postpartum visit.

$1,200 USD · Flat rate

Placenta Encapsulation

I will have a cooler and sterile container ready to transport your placenta from the hospital. I will dehydrate it, grind it up, and put it in capsules and deliver it back to you with instructions.

$300 USD · Flat rate

Portfolio building clients

This is the same package as the prenatal, labor, and pp support. It will be offered at a discounted price to my first 5 clients.

What to expect

At Southern Grace Birth, I believe every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and cared for during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. As a certified birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your journey to meeting your baby. This includes helping you prepare for birth, discussing your preferences and options, offering comfort techniques during labor, and providing steady encouragement so you feel confident and empowered in your experience. I also offer placenta encapsulation services for families who wish to explore the potential postpartum benefits of placenta consumption. My goal is to help support recovery and nourishment during those early weeks with a new baby. In the near future, I will also be offering lactation consulting services to help parents navigate breastfeeding with guidance, encouragement, and practical support. Through Southern Grace Birth, my heart is to create a calm, supportive space where families feel respected, nurtured, and confident as they welcome their newest addition.
