We have gone through two deliveries before this one, and I can honestly say our third was nowhere near as stressful for me as a husband. As husbands, we try to fix things. We try to keep up, help where we can, and advocate for our wives. But when a doctor starts talking about the “super complicated medical thingamajig with the baby and the other medical thing I can’t pronounce,” you’re sitting there trying to figure out, okay… is that something we need? Is that something we don’t want? Is everything okay? You catch on pretty fast, but sometimes pretty fast just isn’t fast enough when you’re also trying to support your wife, remember the birth plan, listen to the doctors, ask the right questions, and make sure what you both wanted doesn’t get lost in everything going on. Now enter Keeley — the “doula oblongata.” 😂 Having Keeley there changed that for me. She was there to support my wife, help us keep up with what was happening, and help us stay focused on our birth plan when things started moving in a different direction than what we wanted. At the same time, it allowed me to actually be there for my wife instead of letting the stress build up from feeling like I had to juggle everything at once. As a father and husband, I couldn’t be happier with our decision to have her there. And it wasn’t just the delivery. All the stretches, the positivity, the preparation, and even putting together the birth story afterward — which I honestly had no idea was even a thing — were all great parts of the experience. If you’re considering having Keeley as your doula, trust that you have the right person for the job. She genuinely has your wife’s and your baby’s best interests at heart, and from a husband who has now been through three deliveries, having someone like that in the room makes a bigger difference than I ever expected.

I have nothing but great words to say about my experience with Keeley. There’s a lot of things going into a first time birth that you don’t know until you come uncross it. She was there every step of the way through the challenges, joys, and all my constant questions. I could count on her to provide education, encouragement, and advocate for me during my whole pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. When I was looking for someone to be in my birth team, I had mentioned wanting positivity, someone I felt comfortable with, and someone knowledgeable. I felt like she listened to all my desires and provided support/feedback as requested and based on her experiences on both big and small decisions. She was all of that and more! I could tell she loves what she does and has a calling and heart to provide these services. I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again in the future!

Keeley, the gal with the heart of gold, welcomed me into Be Still with open arms. With thoughts to make a birth plan, and a cool, calm and collected birth, life threw me a curve ball and Keeley was there for what turned to chaos with such a level head. Advocating HARD for me when I couldn’t even think for myself. That didn’t just stop with me; after I had my baby girl she helped me advocate for Gracie Mae - number 16!!! Keeley came as a Doula, became a friend, and now she can’t get rid of me. The amount of love, care, support she showed through such a vulnerable time in my life surpasses anything I could have ever asked for. I’m so happy to have shared something so scary with someone who turned it into something so beautiful

I truly can’t recommend her enough. My husband was deployed during my pregnancy, so she was my support person throughout labor, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. My labor ended up being pretty complicated, but she never left my side. She was constantly encouraging me, helping me understand what was going on, and making sure my birth preferences were respected. She wasn’t afraid to speak up for me when I needed it, and knowing I had someone there who was truly advocating for me gave me so much peace of mind. She is kind, calming, and genuinely cares about the families she works with. I’m so thankful I chose her to be part of my birth experience, and I’ll always be grateful for everything she did for me. If you’re thinking about hiring a doula, I would choose her again in a heartbeat.

I truly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am for Keeley. Looking back on my pregnancy and birth experience, I genuinely don’t think I could have mentally gotten through it without her guidance, support, and reassurance. From the very beginning, Keeley was there for me through every question, every fear, every moment of uncertainty, and every emotional breakdown. No matter the time of day or how many times I needed reassurance, she always showed up with patience, kindness, and so much knowledge. She never made me feel silly for asking questions or expressing my fears, and that alone meant more to me than I can explain. Going into this experience, I had a vision for how I hoped my birth would go. Unfortunately, things didn’t go according to plan, and I was faced with some of the hardest and most emotional decisions I’ve ever had to make. In those moments, when I felt scared, overwhelmed, and completely out of my depth, Keeley was there. She helped me process everything, understand my options, and gave me the confidence to make decisions that were best for me and my baby. She made me feel empowered when I felt powerless. As a first-time mom, there were so many moments where I questioned myself, where I was terrified of making the wrong choice, and where the weight of everything felt unbearable. I can honestly say that I don’t think I would have made it through those moments mentally without Keeley’s support. She carried so much of that emotional weight with me and reminded me that I was strong, capable, and doing the best I could. Beyond being an incredible doula, Keeley is also so reasonably priced, which makes the level of care, support, and dedication she provides even more amazing. What she offers goes far beyond a service she gives you a safe place to fall apart, ask questions, grieve the birth experience you hoped for, celebrate the moments of joy, and feel genuinely supported through one of the most vulnerable experiences of your life. Keeley, thank you for helping me through one of the hardest and most beautiful experiences I’ve ever gone through. Thank you for answering every text, every question, every fear, and every tear. I will forever be grateful for you and the role you played in bringing our daughter into this world. I truly cannot imagine having gone through this journey without you.

I lover Keeley being my doula I was nervous about having baby number 2 bc I felt like I was just being ran through the motions with my first birth and Keeley listen to my request on what my partner and me wanted and made sure that is what was done now of course not everything went to plan because what birth ever does 😂 but when stuff was changing or I ever had a question she was quick to and and awesome at explaining everything and helping use make the best decisions so we could still try to stick to our birthing plan as much as possible. And not only was she our doula she treated use as if we were family ready to go up to bat for use when she felt like stuff wasn’t being done write made sure we felt as comfortable as possible during the birthing process and wrote an absolute amazing birthing story for use to always be able to go back and look at I absolutely recommend her for anyone out there looking for a doula she truly is an amazing person inside and out

Keeley was an amazing doula, and I would recommend her without hesitation. She is encouraging, calming, and supportive, providing continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor. She gives it to you straight, advocates for your wishes, and adapts when plans change. She went above and beyond both prenatally and postpartum, checking in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Faith is a big part of who she is, and her presence brought a sense of peace and calm to the delivery room. My husband and I loved having Keeley as our doula, and we are so grateful she was part of our birth experience. Thank you, Keeley, for being there through the long hours as we welcomed our baby into the world.

5 stars is not enough of a rating for Keeley and Be Still Doula Services. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. I immediately connected with her and felt seen during every conversation that I had with her. She supported my decisions regarding my birth plans while also providing me with resources and options. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that was looking for a doula. She has a special gift from God to support women during a time that literally changes their lives. For our specific birth story, it didn't go at all as planned or hoped but Keeley was there through the whole process and provided positive and uplifting support to not only me but my whole family, including my daughter. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Keeley is a very positive person who loves with her all and constantly offers her whole self in all she does! She is very encouraging and I can see she would be great in this role of helping mammas and families prepare for the most miraculous event of bringing a new tiny human into the world.

I have known Keeley for 20+ years so when she was getting curious about starting to be a doula it was a no brainer to me. I was having my third child and very chill about the experience HOWEVER I brought my oldest child to be part of the experience as this was my last child. I was nervous and she helped ease me on so much. I was starting to stall because I was worried about my oldest being there, she stepped right in to help me get through transition without stalling anymore. She gave me so much peace and strength through my labor and delivery. She pushed me even when I wanted to give up (as if I had a choice but to continue). I am beyond grateful for her and will always recommend her forever.
