Hi, I’m Rachael Jerahian—the heart behind Nature & Nourish Birthing Co. Based in Carpinteria, California, I support families throughout Santa Barbara County, Ventura, and Los Angeles, while also offering virtual classes and services to families worldwide. I am deeply passionate about guiding women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with care that feels both grounding and empowering. My approach blends evidence-based education with intuitive, compassionate support, honoring that every birth journey is unique and deserves to be experienced with confidence and trust. I am a Certified Birth Doula (DONA), Certified Postpartum Doula (DONA), and an Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator (ICCE). I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Gentle Sleep Coach®, and Gentle Potty Coach®. My work is rooted in continuous learning and a commitment to providing holistic, up-to-date care that supports both parents and babies. At the core of my work is the belief that birth is not just a physical experience—it is a deeply transformative moment that shapes how you enter parenthood. It is an honor to walk alongside you in this season with intention, presence, and wholehearted support.
