During my own journey, the steady presence of midwives, doulas, and compassionate birth workers made all the difference—helping me feel held, informed, and empowered during moments of deep vulnerability and growth. That experience is what guides my work today. I now offer calm, thoughtful support to birthing people and their families as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood. As a full-spectrum doula (birth and postpartum) and Certified Lactation Specialist, my role is to walk alongside you—listening closely, honoring your choices, and helping you feel confident and supported every step of the way. Together, we’ll create a care plan that feels aligned with you. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, and may include birth preparation and processing, emotional and physical postpartum support, infant feeding and lactation guidance, nourishment, herbal care, and gentle self-care practices for both body and mind.
