first time parents, and my partner does not get any time off. We are looking for someone experienced with sleep training, lactation consultant, etc. Basically that can help us learn the ropes. No need for any second languages (we only speak english). Certificates are not required, so long as they have a few years of experience under their belt. Really we're looking for someone who's patient, and a good communicator. Ample experience is helpful, but not a critical requirement. Our budget is $3,000 / month, with some flexibility, and we have flexibility on day or night support- my partner is a fireman, so his schedule varries (he typically works 24 hour shifts). We will be looking to hire someone part time a nanny, as our newborn grows, just to throw that out there. Nutritional guidance is helpful, but no need for cooking, cleaning or laundry- we have that covered.

Hello! I am writing to inquire about hiring a postpartum doula and would like to outline the specific requirements for this role. My brother and sister in law have a 2 day old newborn and are in need of support at home. In addition to standard postpartum support, the doula will be expected to assist with light housekeeping. For the safety of our family, I require that candidates have up-to-date vaccinations for Tdap, flu, and RSV. Furthermore, all applicants must provide proof of current child abuse clearances as well as background checks at both the state and FBI levels. I am looking for a sleep coach for our almost 2 yr old. He is currently in the process of getting assessed for neurodivergence. He has recently (last 4 months) been having significant sleep difficulties. Looking for someone with experience in autism and/or sensory disorder. I don’t know how much these things cost but we a probably more on the lower budget side.

Looking for overnight assistance with our newborn starting in mid January.

I am a first time mom looking for a Doula to come and spend time with me and my newborn (3/19/26 DOB) and provide education and assistance as we make this transition. This would be short term to help us be set up for success. I want to make sure I understand all his cues to the best of my ability - what truly is hungry, versus needing soothing, gas vs burping, etc. we also recently started using a sleep schedule and I’m not sure how helpful it is. I am also potentially interested in overnight assistance.

Our 4month old is still waking very two hours overnight. After 4 months, mom’s exhaustion is becoming dangerous so we seek some help at night with giving the baby feeds, settling him, and hopefully helping him learn to sleep longer. He is exclusively breastfed has no health issues aside from some reflux and food sensitivities which have mom on a strict diet. Mom pumps during the day for daycare and will pump at night. We can pay $35/hr

I’m a working mom of 2 joyful and strong willed kids. My youngest is 16 months old and hasn’t slept through the night since about 6 months of age. I’m running on fumes. He falls asleep independently for bedtime ~7:30pm each night. He wakes about 2x (12am/3am) before final wake up around 5am when I bring him into my bed and nurse him back down so we can sleep until about 7am. He’s got 16 teeth out so I attribute some of the night struggles to that but i know there are other factors. Can you help?

Looking for a night nurse to come take care of the baby for 8 hours at night 2/3 times a week, would be nice if they also know how to sleep train the baby. Baby is around 3 weeks, born on 1/17/2026 and is combo feeding so night nurse can either feed him pumped breastmilk or formula. While baby is sleeping help with washing bottle and pump parts and cleaning baby clothes. Also help with bath time.
