I need help, i have a 3 year old, 2 year old, an 18 month old and a 5 month old, i jist found out i am pregnant. I plan on giving birth at a hospital, i don't have a birth plan yet.

I plan to give birth at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital (Stanford). My estimated budget is $1,100-2,000. I don’t know what my birth plan is. I’m still very early in first trimester. My insurance is CalPERS Platinum PPO (Blue Shield of CA).

Our 1 month old baby Hyde takes bottles of breast milk that I pump, and has silent reflux so needs to be upright after every feed for 10-30 minutes at least. He takes a prescribed dose of Pepcid once daily but I give that in the mornings so no worries there. I just ask that you keep up on the bottle washing throughout the night and just make sure he is fed, changed, and burped thoroughly
