I also assist with establishing gentle sleep foundations, tracking feeding and sleep patterns, and helping create age-appropriate nighttime routines. Whether your baby is brand new or transitioning through developmental leaps, I’m here to offer calm, capable guidance. In addition to newborn care, I support families with light nursery organization, baby laundry, washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts, and providing detailed notes or updates each morning. If you’re questioning whether you really need a newborn care specialist, or wondering if it’s even worth it, just give Regan a chance. She’s so flexible and warm—She will blow you away. From the very first night, we could tell she knew exactly what she was doing, and that alone was such a relief. She came in and everything felt calmer, the whole house! There was finally some kind of rhythm when in the beginning it can feel like absolute uncertainty every day. we could actually breathe and sleep again, we felt a little more like us. Hiring Regan felt less like hiring a service and more like welcoming someone into our family. We had her for 4 months and it wasn’t enough, we wanted her forever! Q: Can you help with older siblings during overnight care?

While my main role overnight is focused on the newborn, I absolutely understand that older siblings may occasionally wake needing comfort, especially with all the changes a new baby brings. I'm happy to quietly assist with quick check-ins like offering reassurance, helping them back to sleep, or getting a drink of water if needed. That said, if the baby requires immediate care at the same time, the newborn will always take priority for safety and developmental reasons. I’ll do my best to balance both, and I’m happy to discuss expectations or custom support options if your older child tends to need more attention during the night.

How do we get started?

After a quick phone or video call to ensure we’re a good fit, we’ll pick a start date and I’ll send over a simple contract. I’ll walk you through everything and answer any questions to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Do you clean or do chores while the baby sleeps?

My primary focus is on baby care, but I do help with light baby-related tasks like washing bottles/pump parts, folding baby laundry, and keeping the nursery tidy. I'm always happy to clarify expectations before we start.

What if my baby has reflux, colic, or is a twin?

I have experience with reflux, colic, bottle refusal, and twin care. I’m confident in caring for babies with higher needs and will work with you to create soothing, safe solutions that meet your baby’s unique temperament and challenges.
