My wife is in her first trimester of our first child. She is currently experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety related to the process surrounding pregnancy. She will give birth at a hospital and I believe do whatever is necessary to facilitate a happy and healthy baby with whatever options are available to her to make her pregnancy/birth go as smoothly as possible. She had an eating disorder in the past and was underweight but has worked very hard to be healthier.
