Planning to give birth at Englewood Hospital. I have an ob gyn but would like to have additional and more extensive support for prenatal care. Longer visits, more blood work and emotional and physical support leading up to birth. Also after birth I would love the support of the midwife. I’m looking for a midwife that has a holistic approach to birth and pregnancy.

Faith based Christian doula who provides emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support. Offer multiple services for postpartum like a night nanny.

I would love a homebirth but do not have the financials for a midwife. I am currently getting care through Stonybrook, however I want to switch to either NUMC or Huntington if I cannot figure out the homebirth situation. I want a doula IN PERSON regardless for support but more so if I am in the hospital. This is my 3rd pregnancy. My first was an unnecessary C-section. My second was a VBAC that I had to fight for. I do not make a lot of money so of ours if insurance pays it would be ideal but I have to explore to see how much it would be so I can start to save now!
