Hi! My name is Nicole. I was hoping to connect because I’ve been dealing with significant health issues over the past two months chronic pain, severe anxiety, and insomnia. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and not doing very well. My due date is January 10th, but my doctor has mentioned the possibility of delivering early given my current state, so things are a bit uncertain right now. Because of everything going on, my husband and I are looking for overnight newborn care to help me rest and recover postpartum. I believe that my insurance plan covers twelve doula visits, or something comparable, as well as support during the birth. 3. I am very anxious and averse to pain, so I plan to get an epidural as soon as I need one. I do not want to give birth without an epidural. I have some complicating factors, such as a possible bicornate uterus, and a marginal cord inserton (<1cm). I am not averse to a C-section if it is medically necessary.
