I would like someone who will be there to help advocate for me the day I give birth, as well as maybe a week or 2 prior or whatever is recommended to help go over some things that could help ease my labor
I am searching for a birthing doula/ postpartum. I'll be giving birth at Sovah hospital in Danville VA. Im using medicaid. I want to labor at home until I get into active labor. I'd like to get an epidural but wait until 5 cm at least. I'd like to do as many movements as possible to help get baby into position vertically before epidural and after epidural I'd like to have help with different positions on a ball in bed. I want my husband there and to help with counter pressures and just to be with me. I'd like the lights to be dim and minimal interruptions and cervical checks. I need help finding others way of managing pain in case something goes wrong with epidural and i have to go naturally. Possibly some music but I may just put headphones in. When baby comes I want delayed cord clamping and after she can be wiped off but I'd like her back immediately for golden hour. I want to try to latch her as soon as possible.
Looking for a midwife to assist with my home birth in June! This is my first pregnancy and I want my birthing experience to be as natural as possible, ideally a water birth. I hope to find someone who is faith based (Christian).

Planning to give birth at UNC $750 Need help making my birth plan
I need someone that will be able to help with any issues or concerns that I might have throughout my pregnancy. I’ve had a rough first trimester, so I definitely want more support from now on. I had a miscarriage a few months ago, so I tend to feel anxious about any symptoms that I don’t feel or think are normal. I will have a lot of questions and concerns that I need answers to in a timely manner, so someone that I can easily contact is essential. Ideally we need someone that will be able to help through pregnancy and for at least the first month of postpartum. We plan on giving birth at a hospital, but want it to be a natural birth if possible, so having someone that can advocate for my needs during both pregnancy and labor is also important.
I plan to give birth in a hospital and my estimated budget is between $3,000 and $4,000. I plan to have a medicated birth with induction if necessary. I prefer delayed cord clamping and no vaccinations given to the baby.
Home birth, delayed cord clamping, no wiping baby, low lights, water birth,
1. I plan to give birth at UNC Rex in Raleigh, NC. 2. Between 500-1200 3. I need to be induced at 38 weeks due to chronic high blood presssure and would like an epidural.
Hello, I recently brought home my son from the NICU and was looking for a night time nurse. Some background knowledge for my son, nassier is that he was in the NICU at Catawba valley medical center in hickory nc from birth- July 15, 2025- to just being discharged November 20th, 2025. He was sent home on oxygen, 1 liter and since this is a new process for me and my family- it has been hard getting any sleep as we tend to watch over him like a hawk. I was just looking for an overnight nurse to help care for my son. I live in the mooresville area and am inquiring about your rates.
Stretches and breathing exercises to help prepare for birth and any other options or things available to help me do so
we plan to give birth at Bon Secour St. Mary's hospital. We're first time parents but are a little older (32 & 40) and would love some extra help in the delivery room and after birth. So far we've had very few complications and are hoping to have a natural birth with an epidural for pain management with very few if any friends and family around.
I plan to give birth at UNC Clayton hospital. I prefer to have an unmedicated vaginal delivery
We plan to have a Hospital birth but we Don't have a plan yet
This is my first pregnancy/baby and I am terrified of childbirth and labor. upon research I heard that a doula can help provide comfort and emotional support during birth. I am hoping to find a doula to help with that. I will be giving birth at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond. I don’t currently have a budget, just looking to find the right match for me. as of right now my birth plan is to try to go unmedicated as I have a spinal fusion and i’m not sure if I can have an epidural. I plan to labor in water to help with the pain.
I want a midwife to help me deliver my baby and my appointments leading up to that day. I’m 24 years old this is my 1st pregnancy and I always wanted to do a natural birth but I am afraid and I will probably give birth at the hospital. I want to use my Medicaid.
I plan on giving birth in the hospital. I would like to avoid an epidural, but am open to one if I change my mind, maybe. I am open to using other pain techniques including nitrous oxide, but I'm, not sure about opioids and iv pain meds. I am looking to pay very little or nothing outside of insurance if I can. I am having a baby girl and would like a quiet, fun, peaceful birth with lots of encouragement. I don't mind some medical intervention, but a lot I would like to avoid unless absolutely necessary.
Baby will be born at VCU. I’m still working on a birth plan and putting everything together. I’m also open to discussing pricing.
