I’m looking for a doula who will help me during childbirth, help me understand how everything will happen and have a healthy, peaceful and amazing delivery.

I would like to do a home birth using Tricare insurance coverage upfront only. There is a possibility of postpartum/ night nurse assistance at a later time. Not entirely sure of a "plan" beyond that. Unfortunately, I'm not starting my journey where I'm ending, but attempting to get the ball rolling and start gathering some options to set up interviews when we have hard dates. I plan to give birth in a hospital, as my first time I would feel more comfortable being there Incase complications. I do not want to be induced unless absolutely medically necessary. I also do not want an epidural , I want to be able to move into whatever position I need and freedom to stand up and move around. Not sure on budget as this is my first time, I saw online anywhere between 800-2000$

I would like to have a home birth but I have some health issues that will likely require the hospital. This is my first birth I had a ruptured ectopic earlier this year so anxiety is high.
