About me

Hello! I am a DONA trained postpartum doula serving the Capital Region. I am passionate about providing resources and meaningful connection to families as they navigate the postpartum period. My own little one was born January, 2022, so I know first hand the importance of having a strong community during this tumultuous time. I am here to provide judgement free support for families of all kinds. The fourth trimester is a truly unique moment of time, and should be given the proper attention it deserves. You don’t have to go at it alone!
