About me

I have a lifelong passion for assisting others, which began when I attended college to study Human Services. This path led me to roles such as Social Worker, Family Support Specialist, and Home-based Case Manager, among others. Throughout my career, I’ve always felt compelled to support pregnant women and care for infants, fueling my desire to become a doula. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing and helping with over 70 live births, offering guidance to partners, families, and even my own family during prenatal, labor, and postpartum stages. As a parent to seven children and grandparent to twelve, I’ve experienced firsthand the joy of being present at many of their births. Outside of work, I enjoy attending church with my husband, listening to and reading books, relaxing with music, occasionally watching movies, and sharing meals at restaurants with friends and usually my husband.
