About me

Hi there, my name is Jennifer and I am a birth and postpartum doula located in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Having three children of my own, I have been passionate about supporting parents along all facets of the journey. It has been a great honor to walk alongside families in one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. I lend years of professional and personal knowledge to my work. In my free time, I love being in the outdoors, I can most of our own food and love getting into nature with my kids.

Service introduction

As a birth and postpartum doula I offer a wide range of information and services to the families I walk this journey with. As a birth doula I am fiercely protective of your birth experience and you can count on me for reassurance and teaching through every step of your pregnancy and birth. As a postpartum doula I will help you navigate the trying times of figuring out a whole new human that's added to your family. I offer years of knowledge and a helping hand in whatever ways serve your families the best.

Packages

Full birth doula package

With the full package you will receive 24-7 access to me via text or call from the moment you sign the contract. I will provide 2-3 prenatal visits at your home, along with educational materials geared specifically to you. I will attend your birth, and support you with the tools we will have discussed work best for you. You will receive 1 postpartum follow up visit also.

Birth only package

Just as the name describes this is a birth only package. Meaning I will have a 2 hour zoom call so we can meet and discuss birth plan, preferences etc. then the next time we meet is at your birth! I will provide a postpartum zoom call if requested.

Daddy doula boot camp

This package gives your partner the tips and tricks of a seasoned doula. I will give a 2 hour long class in your home, along with a detailed cheat sheet for quick reference in the heat of the moment. I will prepare your birth partner with enough information and confidence to help you through the entire birth experience. I will be available via phone in case your partner needs a little guidance throughout the process.
