Hi, I’m Chantel—a birth doula, mama of two little ones, and someone who truly believes this season of life deserves to be held with care, humor, and a whole lot of heart. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me chasing my babies around, dancing in the kitchen, getting outside in nature, or dreaming up creative projects. I have a background in yoga and movement, which deeply shapes how I support birth—tuning into the body, finding rhythm, and creating a sense of calm and connection in the midst of it all. I came into this work because I’m passionate about helping families feel supported, seen, and confident as they step into parenthood. Birth is powerful and unpredictable, and I’m here to be a steady, grounding presence through it—offering hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance while honoring your unique path. My hope is that you feel safe to be fully yourself in this experience, and that you walk away feeling not just supported, but truly cared for.

I have been in the medical field for 29 years. I owned care homes for 10 years. I always wanted to help expectant parents and babies. I work with our local pregnancy crisis center as well as the birthing center. I am not only a Doula, I also teach classes on what a doula means and how it can be beneficial for expectant parents.
